Corey Davis is the Human Resources & Training Manager at Gerald Printing / Liberty Imaging.  Corey has been a part of the printing industry since 2008, serving in various capacities. A graduate of WKU, he has lived in Warren County since 1995 and currently resides in Rockfield with his wife, Robbie, and their children Eli and AJ.

An active part of his church family, he serves as a deacon and teacher of adult Bible classes. A voracious consumer of books, television, music and stand-up comedy, he will talk your ear off about any of those subjects (please, don’t get him started).

Corey feels that his role as Human Resources & Training Manager is the perfect fit for him, as it is constantly providing him the opportunity to serve his co-workers, and creates a fulfilling work life. He feels privileged to be a part of a team that is a force for good in the communities that we serve.

Shane Hayes

Vice President for Gerald Printing, Russellville, KY

Shane Hayes, a dedicated and accomplished professional, initiated his career journey with Gerald Printing in January 2010. Shane, his wife Shannon, and their two children are proud residents of Russellville, KY.

An alumnus of Russellville High School, class of 1990, Shane furthered his education by attending the University of Kentucky and Western Kentucky University. His commitment to community service is exemplified through his active involvement in The Russellville Rotary, where he holds a significant role on the Executive Board.

Outside the professional realm, Shane is passionate about the outdoors. He finds solace and enjoyment in hunting, fishing, and gardening, activities that reflect his deep connection to nature. Furthermore, Shane is an engaged member of The Dripping Spring Baptist Church, located on Watermelon Road in Olmstead, Kentucky, where he contributes to his community’s spiritual and social fabric.

Steve Horton

Steve Horton stands at the forefront of business development as the Vice President of Gerald Printing in Elizabethtown. With a solid educational background, Steve earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Western Kentucky University in 1996. His career at Gerald Printing commenced in May 1997, marking the beginning of a journey characterized by versatility and commitment.

Throughout his tenure at Gerald Printing, Steve has showcased a remarkable ability to adapt and excel in various roles. He initially joined the accounting department, leveraging his academic expertise. His career trajectory then evolved into a sales position, where he demonstrated exceptional skill in customer relations and business growth. Currently, as Vice President, Steve plays a pivotal role in steering the company towards new heights.

His expertise extends beyond traditional management; Steve has an acute understanding of the diverse product line offered by Gerald Printing, which he skillfully utilizes to meet a wide array of customer needs. His approach to business is deeply rooted in building strong relationships, where he excels in connecting with clients on both professional and personal levels.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Steve is a resident of Horse Cave, Kentucky, where he enjoys a fulfilling life with his wife, Melissa. He is an avid sports enthusiast, with a particular passion for basketball and football. Steve’s love for the outdoors and quality time spent with family and friends reflects his well-rounded personality, which resonates in both his professional and personal life.

Jeremy Leatherman

Jennifer’s journey spans over 22 years in the print industry. Since 2005, Jennifer has been an integral part of our team, bringing a dynamic blend of professionalism and skill.

Under her leadership, Liberty Imaging has achieved significant milestones, receiving the prestigious Excellence Award in 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021, and 2022. This accolade recognizes excellence in customer service, sales growth, teamwork, and profitability – areas where Jennifer’s leadership has been paramount. 

Jennifer’s individual achievements further illuminate her professional career. In 2021, she was honored with the New Account Sales Award, acknowledging her proficiency in business development. The Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce awarded her the Young Athena Award in May 2018, recognizing her as a leading figure who exhibits both professional excellence and community service, serving as an inspiring role model for young women.

Her marketing acumen was recognized in 2017 when she was presented the Marketer of the Year award by the American Marketing Association, highlighting her significant marketing achievements. Rebecca Pennington

Rebecca Pennington is the esteemed leader at the helm of the Gerald Printing office in Glasgow, where she has become an integral part of the Gerald community. With a tenure dating back to 2014, Rebecca’s journey within the team has been multifaceted, having held various roles including CSR, Sales Representative, Office Manager, and currently serving as Vice President of the Glasgow office. Her dedication and versatility have contributed significantly to the office’s success. 

Throughout her tenure, Rebecca has cultivated extensive connections and nurtured relationships across the service areas of Adair, Barren, Cumberland, Edmonson, Green, Hart, Metcalfe, Monroe, Russell, and Taylor Counties, establishing Gerald Printing as a trusted name in the region. A proud alumna of Metcalfe County High School (2004) and PJ’s College of Cosmetology (2007), where she earned a Master’s degree, Rebecca’s entrepreneurial spirit shone brightly as she successfully owned and operated her own salon for over seven years. Lance Phillips

Lance  is an accomplished financial executive with a wealth of expertise under his belt. As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of our company, Lance plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization.

With over 8 years of experience in the financial industry, Lance has built and polished his financial acumen and ability to navigate complex business landscapes. His understanding of financial principles, coupled with his strong analytical skills, allows him to provide insightful guidance to the executive team and the organization as a whole.

Prior to joining our company, Lance held several key leadership positions where managerial and financial acuity was necessary.  He led initiatives in inventory tracking, grew profitability, managed several teams of up to 30 employees and upheld customer relations with ease.

Lance is a results-oriented leader who thrives on collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives. His strong interpersonal skills and effective communication style enable him to forge strong relationships with stakeholders and investors. Lance’s ability to effectively communicate information in a clear and concise manner has earned him the trust and respect of colleagues at all levels of the organization.

Randy Reece, a Bowling Green native and WKU graduate, oversees operations across Warren, Simpson, and Allen Counties. He leverages a lifetime of experience in the printing industry to support local businesses in achieving their objectives through print, apparel, signs, and promotional items.

Active within the community and Chamber events, Randy is deeply committed to advancing the success of local businesses. Through his comprehensive experience spanning production, management, and sales, Randy empowers enterprises in Bowling Green and its surrounding areas to thrive and prosper.

Outside of work, Randy finds enjoyment in various activities, including playing pool, attending WKU sporting events, and engaging in outdoor pursuits such as shooting and fishing. He treasures time spent with family, embraces the simplicity of time on his farm, and finds tranquility in nature.
