Russellville Office History

In the fall of 2009, the management of Gerald Printing in Bowling Green contacted Edward Allen, the owner of Omni Printing, Inc. in Russellville to determine if he would be interested in selling his business. Ed had started the business in the early 2000’s and used the phrase “Your All-In-One Printing Place” to advertise in the community. Ed agreed to sell the assets of the business and closing took place on December 1, 2009. The lease on the building with James and Naomi Parrish was signed on the closing date and the name of the business was immediately changed to Gerald Printing.

In January 2010, the current Sales Manager, Shane Hayes joined the Russellville office. In May a Ribbon Cutting was held courtesy of the Russellville Chamber of Commerce with a record setting attendance of about 70 guests. Decorated apparel especially for sports teams became the product driving the growth of the office. An automated screen press was purchased and the embroidery equipment was updated. The new product lines in the Russellville office were duplicated in Bowling Green and eventually all other Gerald Printing offices in Kentucky and Tennessee.

On May 1, 2021, customer service and production from Gerald Printing Clarksville was transferred to the Russellville office.

The acquisition of the Russellville office became the stimulus for diversifying the Gerald Printing product line. The company experienced growth every year over the next 10 years from this diversification and the acquisition of new offices.
